He said: Sparkling deep ruby red color. Light black cherry/alcohol bouquet. Strong dry black cherry taste with hints of mushrooms and leather; it ends in a medium length dry fruity finish. The medium tannins, and balanced acidity make this a very easy drinking Rioja wine. It was the perfect wine with the blue cheese pasta. At $16.10 it was a good value and very delicious.
