Opened one hour before drinking. Clear, ruby red color with the same color rim. Energetic earthy raspberry and cherry aromas. Silky smooth, light bodied mouth-feel; rich, yet delicate raspberry and cherry flavors with bright acidity and very fine grained tannins. WOW, a perfect intertwining of fruit and tartness, a smooth agrarian earthy character and just a hint of peppery spice in the aftertaste that created an exceptional savory and very delicious red Burgundy from start to finish. Excellent paired with the turkey and a special treat with dark chocolate after the dinner. Easy drinking and wonderfully addictive Pinot Noir, two thumbs up from both of us.
