He said: Dark red color. Very light dark fruit bouquet, with hints of alcohol. Nice dry fruity taste and a medium length dry finish. Lots of acid in the finish and practically no tannins, but it’s okay. This is head and shoulders better than the 2nd tasting (of the same price) Buffalo Grove Merlot we had few days ago. At the $7 price this is very drinkable and a “good” value Merlot.
She said: Great wine with this dinner! Dark rich garnet color. No bouquet but tasty, medium bodied, medium dry with medium/light tannins. Tasty mellow finish. Very nice wine for the price. A good inexpensive Merlot.
