He said: Chilled before opening. VERY opaque and VERY dark purple color. Light blackberry aromas. A WOW intense taste of blackberry, ripe blueberry and effervescence…deep dark fruit taste (just as it looks) with a sparkling dry, zesty finish. It’s a WOW, WOW wine. Wonderful with the turkey and delicious drinking alone. Think the deepest darkest red wine you have had and add Champagne bubbles. It’s a VERY fun wine and one I would pair with all kinds of food. It’s light, flavorful and delicious…just plain fantantic in my book
She said: I can’t really decide why I like this wine but I do. There is no big flavor or body but the experience on the palate is divine. With a light body it offers mouth tingling tannins that persist into the long finish and are emphasized by the effervescence. I have nothing to compare it with price wise but I would quickly buy it again.
