He said: Crystal clear ruby red color, just like a fine gem stone!!! Abundant ripe fruit, smoke and damp earth bouquet. Silky smooth fresh fruit and mineral taste that goes into the crisp sumptuous finish. A fantastic mid-palate marriage of smooth flavors and light crispness. What can I say…this is GREAT Beaujolais. On its own or with the creamy white cheddar it’s delicious. Good Beaujolais is just a wonderful wine experience…just the right amount of fruit, perfect balance and a long finish that makes it a memorable wine with lots of character…and this is one is simply OUTSTANDING!!!

She said: We just bought a house and have to celebrate. What better way then with a bottle of wine and some cheese. Ray chose a Beaujolais with supple flavors and medium body. Absolutely delicious with the white cheddar we nibbled while we sipped. Like most Beaujolais this one is easy drinking, but it’s especially full of layers of flavors that make every sip a special experience. At $22 it is delicious, but not a bargain (because it’s above our bargain $15 price point). On the other hand it’s definitely a bargain if you are in the $20 plus price range.
