He said: Medium red color. Very slight alcohol bouquet. Dry, fruity plum taste with a medium-long dry earthy finish. The earthy taste to the finish paired this wine well with the marinara sauce. I would describe it as “Okay Chianti”.
She said: Slight alcohol bouquet; full body with (typically Chianti) slight flavor; not very dry; with a medium pleasant finish.
