He said: Opened one-hour before drinking. Clear, reddish color with a light rim. Light damp wood and ripe raspberry aromas. Smooth mouth-feel and a slightly peppery taste; than at mid pallet through the long finish it develops a dry musty fruit flavor that is simply delicious. Perfect pairing with the leftover turkey dinner, but equally good drinking alone after the meal. VERY nice varietal Cabernet Franc; and clearly a wine we rate as a Quality wine at a Bargain price.
She said: Mild mature vegetal grassy aroma that was followed by a very smooth dark fruit taste. The tannins were pleasant and lasted into the medium long dry finish that ends on a light note. Good with the turkey and sweet potatoes but better when gravy was added. A VERY good buy at #13.50!
