He said: Crystal clear pink color. Earthy bouquet with floral hints. Rich, dry raspberry taste that continues into a nice long mineral finish. I’m always surprised to have such an intense rich flavor from such a pale colored wine. This is complex, refreshing and delicious, and goes well with the grilled salmon. It’s a really GREAT Rosé that goes near the top of our list of recommended wines.
She said: You will give up your old ideas of Rosé when you taste this fabulous wine. We chose it because we wanted a wine that would complement our potato dish containing an abundance of home-grown elephant garlic. The wine has a depth and character that spell elegance and class. Starting with its musty, earthy bouquet this Rosé goes on to offer a long moderately dry finish with subtle tannins. A super delicious wine, but at $18 not recommended as a bargain. However, take note: I would buy it in a flash any way because it is a great wine even at that price.
