He said: Opened 30 minutes before drinking. It was so bad I corked it and opened another bottle of wine. After a day in the refrigerator I had it with grilled salmon and it was “pretty good”. Opaque ruby red color. Dry, fairly well balanced, full body taste that finishes with a chalky (mineral), dark fruit flavor with a dry almost mouth puckering end. It was so bad when opened it that I’m reluctant to say it’s a good buy, but at $7.99 after sitting 24 hours it wasn’t bad. I would never buy this again, but after being opened 24 hours it was what I call OK, and although I don’t like to admit it, this wine is probably a decent buy at under $8.00!!! However; it still doesn’t get my recommendation as a buy.
