He said: Open seven hours before drinking. Clear, very dark purple color. Slightly elusive wet leather and fruit aromas. POWERFUL, smooth, dry, fruit taste and a long finish that is fruity, spicy and very well balanced. This is a true WOW wine. It’s so intensive yet so subtle, a true wine drinking experience.
She said: As Ray and our sommelier raved over the fabulous bouquet I sniffed frantically for at least a faint whiff. Alas, only the slightest one came my way but, no problem, the taste blew me away. With many layers of flavor, dryness and wonderful tannins it was delicious as a sipping wine and complemented the steak superbly. As the dinner went on it got better and better. I wish this bottle could go on forever!
