He said: Opened 30-minutes before drinking. Ruby red color with a light Ruby red rim. This begins with a WOW, WOW, WOW bouquet…wonderful, POWERFUL leather aromas. Strong medium body, dry, mouth-feel and a strong delicious juicy plum taste, that continues through a long finish that’s a tad tart and with lots of limestone minerals. This is truly a Quality wine at a Bargain price and in one word…it’s FANTASTIC. Simply a delicious red wine from the South of France. This is one of those wines that’s worth some extra effort to find…it’s an OUTSTANDING value!!!

She said: If you like the smell of wet leather this is a wine to try. The aroma of wet leather follows through into the palette with just the right intensity to complement the medium body. Dry and tasty the wine had moderate tannins that lasted into the long finish. Nice balance. The lentil soup was OK with the wine, but, didn’t do it justice. The wine was great with garlic bread and salad so rounded out the diner nicely. This is a very nice wine and at this price point and I would buy it again in a flash. There are not many wines in this price range that have this much aroma and flavor.
