He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, Golden yellow color. Ripe apple, lemon and sea air aromas with hints of floral. Smooth, just a hint of creaminess, quite intense tart flavors of apple, apricot and lemon with an extremely long mineral finish. Great bouquet, fresh and light, appealing smooth mouth-feel, crisp acidity and complex layers of flavors. OK with the slightly spicy fish cakes, much better with the vegetables, but OUTSTANDING sipping without food. A delicious and easy drinking Soave.
She said: Clear, golden yellow color. When the wine is better sipping then with the dinner, it was mismatched, and tonight was a good example. The evaluation therefore, is for the wine without any food. The aroma had hints of honey with fruit that lasted well into the palate. The mouth-feel was slightly creamy, smooth and medium bodied, while the finish was long and full of mineral. I would buy it again i a flash.
