He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, very light lemon yellow color, with just a tiny bit of spritz. Citrus and herbal aromas. Lemon and green apple taste with a strong briny backbone that dominated the long finish. Wonderful deep citrus flavors, crisp acidity and a captivating dry tartness through the finish and the aftertaste. I like Spanish whites and this is a great one. I was a fresh, crisp, delicious Spanish white that’s an EXCELLENT value.
