He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, dark golden color. Musty, yeasty, ripe apple and hints of citrus aromas. Smooth with bright acidity; concentrated ripe apple and lemon flavors. Slightly tart and citrus finish that ends with a strong apple taste and an underlying minerality. Soft, delicious and cooling with the mild Thai dinner and excellent drinking without food after the meal. An excellent Italian white wine that’s a great value.
She said: Clear, medium golden yellow color. Think smooth, that’s the essence of this wine. A mild floral aroma lead to a flavorful taste that transformed into a long etheral finish full of fruit flavors. The transition from scent to finish was smooth, dry and fruity making it an excellent pairing with the dinner. A wonderful bargain wine at $14.40.
