He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, light golden/yellow color. Citrus, apricot, pineapple and floral aromas. Silky, just a touch of creaminess, plentiful bright acidity, dry, bountiful tart citrus and orchard fruit flavors. A long mineral finish that carries the flavors and ends with just a tiny bitter upturn. Nice white Burgundy at a bargain price.
She said: Clear, medium yellow color. With a citrus aroma, this wine blossomed at mid-palate with a pleasant combination of fruit flavors and acidity that was great with the dinner and the salad. It was not buttery, vanilla or oak flavored, but was very smooth and dry with a touch of creaminess that lasted only a split-second. The finish was very long and carried the flavors through the end. A wonderful Chardonnay at $19.95.
