Tasting:
He said: Just off clear color. Light fruity bouquet. Taste and finish that is bitter. No crispness or fruity taste that is expected with a Pinot Grigio and the taste is very disappointing.
She said: Pale lemon yellow color. No discernable fragrance but pleasant fruity flavor. Reasonably dry, medium body and moderate acidity with slight bitterness combined with a tad of sweetness in the finiah. Lacks the crispness of a typical Pinot Grigio. The high (45 percent) Pinot Blanc does not make this better.
