He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear, light oat straw color. Quite heavy “Autumn Sunset” rose and apple aromas. Light, fresh and silky smooth mouth-feel with lots of acidity and rich, tart tropical fruit and apple cider taste. A finish that carries on the fruit flavors and adds bitterness as it ends. A PERFECT finally to our red vermouth aperitif and a FANTASTIC pairing with the roasted chicken. The fragrant bouquet and perfect juxtaposition between honey sweet and Granny Smith tart make this a UNIQUE wine that’s way under valued. Two thumbs up from me and a noteworthy Loire Sauvignon Blanc that’s a great value.
She said: Clear, golden yellow color. Very pleasant sweet floral aroma that bursts into even stronger flavors. The wine was smooth, had a medium body and almost creamy mouth-feel. The finish was long and full of flavor. It went very well with the dinner and was outstanding with the overly garlic salad. A bargain wine and I look forward to more of it.
