He said: Chilled before drinking. Clear with a delicate effervescence, almost colorless with a tiny hint of lemon yellow. Light apple, citrus and more than a hint of Spring floral in the aroma. A WOW fresh apple taste, slightly crisp acidity and a delightful fizzy mouth-feel that continues on & on and ends with a touch of mineral. We knew this was a Spanish white with a fizz when we opened it, but every sip was fantastic!!! Light and refreshing, flavorful, on the dry side and a perfect pairing with the melon and cheese. This wine is the best thing since slice bread for patio drinking during the summer. A VERY unique Spanish white that’s a SUPER value. It easily goes into our category of Quality wine at a Bargain price and I love the touch of spritz from the secondary fermentation.
She said: Pale yellow and clear. Light and refreshing are the words that come to mind when I first tasted this wine and I end by affirming this opinion. This is the kind of wine you could sip all day and pair with a variety of nibbles. It went well with the melon, cheese, and red grapes we had but would enhance a variety of tasty treats. It is a bargain wine at $12.60 and perfect for a special picnic or more. I strongly recommend it and would buy it again in a flash.
