He said: Opened 15-minutes before drinking. Clear, very pale light yellow color. Ripe/over-ripe apple, citrus and peach aromas. Tart Granny Smith apple taste with mineral tones and a long finish loaded with delicious acidity. VERY nice crispness, abundant flavors and a dryness that makes for a versatile white wine. Excellent with the chicken and good drinking alone after the meal. I give it two thumbs up and easily put it into our Quality wine at a Bargain price category.
She said: The pleasure of his wine is in the long chameleon experience it provides. It starts out with a mild apple scent that develops into a full body green apple flavor with lots of delicious undertones. It is dry and has a medium body with a long finish that carries the green apple flavor and ends on a note of tartness. Absolutely delicious! Great with chicken but just as good as a sipping wine. Strongly recommend as a bargain wine.
