He said: Chilled before drinking. Crystal clear, very pale yellow/green color. Fresh lemon citrus and grassy aromas with hints of floral. Crisp, lively citrus, green apple and ripe melon taste that continues on through a delicious finish with lots of acidity and mineral at the very end. Dry, quite intense wine that is very satisfying with small sips. Excellent Pinot Grigio that’s got a little extra freshness to it. Good sipping wine but I’ll bet it would be outstanding with mussels!!!
She said: Light greenish yellow color, clear, few, thin slow moving legs. Mild herbal aroma led to stronger citrus taste with touch of tartness. Crisp and dry, the wine has a long bitter finish. Asiago cheese and pretzels were delicious with the wine.
