He said: Very light yellow color. This is a unique Chardonnay. Mild pear bouquet. Crisp pear with hints of lemon and pineapple taste that finishes with a dryish creamy fruit. Light and easy drinking. Well balance with excellent tannins. This wine is so inexpensive you just can’t go wrong buying it by the case. This is a GREAT everyday Chardonnay or perfect for serving hundreds of guests at your next garden party!!! Summerfield Chardonnay truly fits our description of a quality wine for a bargain price.
She said: Amazing quality for the price! We have bought Summerfield Chardonnays for many years but I have never appreciated it more. It has a mild fruity bouquet and flavor with a medium body and nondescript finish, but the creamy sensuous texture is fabulous. At $3.60 its is a treasure.
Comments: (October 8, 2014) We had a bottle of 2012 ($4.79 with a 20% discount) and it’s still cheap, but there were lots of cracks in the quality. Still a good very cheap Chardonnay, but the cost is becoming the best characteristic.
