He said: Chilled before opening. Very pale salmon color. Wonderful damp earth and ripe apple aromas. Strong bright and zippy flavors of red current, apple, nuts and mineral which ended in a fairly long finish that had hints of honey. SIMPLY DELICIOUS. I love the nuttiness and mineral. A sparkling Rosè that’s an OUTSTANDING value.
She said: We were going to have a bottle of champagne, but instead Ray selected a sparkling Rosè and we were not disappointed. Right from the first sniff it’s fragrant earthy bouquet really set the stage for the smooth, earthy, fruit taste and a long mouth-pleasing finish. This was a wonderful festive wine that we both commented was simply delicious and a great price too. It’s a sparkling wine I can’t wait to have again.
