He said: Chilled before drinking. Crystal clear with just a tint of very, very light wheat straw color. Quit strong floral aromas with hints of freshly cooked rhubarb. Very unusual taste…it starts creamy/smooth and ends up slightly bitter with a very long finish. This was VERY fresh, slightly crisp with sumptuous acidity…in plain English it’s a spirited wine with lots of character, and a WOW (in bold caps) wine that made the hotdog lunch with the squash relish an unbelievable treat. We don’t have wine for lunch often; but when we do it’s a real treat, and this wine came through in spades. It was a PERFECT balance for the tastes in the food and without question the food and wine were a melody together. This is a wine I would buy again and again…its a rare find!!!
She said: With a floral bouquet reminiscent of Gewurztraminer this wine offered flavors of pear and other stone fruits. Smooth, creamy and medium bodied, it went well with the food and was equally good sipping. Everyone at the table comment how good it was as they got up from the table.
