He said: Opened 30 minutes before drinking. Opaque, dark garnet color. OUTSTANDING damp earth, leather, dark fruit and tobacco aromas. Very, very smooth, intense ripe plum and black berry taste. And, a triple WOW, mouth filling, complex fruit and leather flavored lingering finish that ends with just the slightest hint of bitter spiciness. This is a wine you don’t have to drink the bouquet is so wonderful. It’s overflowing taste is simply MEMORABLE…I’m jumping up and down over this Quality wine that’s a Bargain price!!! This is really an OUTSTANDING wine that’s a SUPER value for the price…it’s spectacular!!!
She said: If aroma and flavor are big on your wish list for wines this one is the one to consider. From the first sniff to the last taste this wine offered an abundance of flavor that slowly faded in the finish and complemented the dinner very well. I would like it to have had a bit more body, but for under $10.00 it is a bargain wine.
