Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Clear, almost colorless with tiny wheat straw tint. Wonderful and diverse aromatic Jasmine blossoms, lemon grass and citrus aromas with hints of pear and gooseberry. Smooth entry, dry, very lively and fresh mouthfeel, light to medium body and a 150-grit texture. Melon, lemon grass, Granny Smith apple and tropical flavors. Nice edgy acidity and a very long assertive and high-spirited mineral finish. Wow, what a great beginning and ending…the aromas were simply intoxicating, it cools through mid-palate, than forges ahead with a spectacular finish filled with both zest and taste. This was a wine with quality that far exceeds its purchase price. It easily goes into the TastedOnline.com Quality wine at a Bargain price category. We called it a wine with a mid-palate entr’acte between a titillating beginning and a captivating finish.
