Tasting:

Chilled before drinking. Refreshing aromas of apple, apricot, fresh cut pine branches and honey with persistent glimmers of lemon and floral. Silky smooth, with a lush, soft and creamy mouthfeel, medium to full body and a 400-grit texture. Robust flavors of apple, apricot and lemon. Somewhat soft acidity and a long fruity finish. WOW this is a VERY DIFFERENT wine from our previous tasting (see: Jean-Pierre Monier Viognier 2015). The tastes follow and enhance the invigorating aromatic beginning. The strong aromas and fruitiness of this wine really paired well with the chicken curry dinner. We were disappointed with the 2015 bottle of this Viognier; however, we really enjoyed the 2018 and called it a delicious Viognier.
