Tasting:

Chilled and opened two hours before drinking. Clear, oat straw color. Intoxicating aromas of lemon, apple, quince, wet rocks and a seashore breeze. Smooth lush and tart mouthfeel, light body at the first pour, medium body by the last pour and a 200-grit texture. Energetic and harmonious flavors of lemon, green apple, juicy Bartlett pear and tart quince . Delicious crisp acidity and a long fresh and bracing stony mineral finish. WOW, WOW, WOW, this was a sensualist delight. The flavors and textures were interwoven into a symphony of tastes. A MEMORABLE wine that made the dinner pairing a special experience.
