Tasting:
He said: Opaque dark purple/red color. Light earthy raspberry fruit bouquet. Full body, VERY intense, lots of alcohol and rich ripe fruit taste, with a strong earthy finish. A very unique wine…the body is so full and flavors so complex you can chew it and the taste is so good it stays through the very long dry finish. It’s very good and gets better as you drink it, but I didn’t like the alcohol taste.
She said: Dark garnet color. Flavorful ripe fruit and alcohol bouquet. Very full bodied with so much going on you could chew it (the body in this wine was so rich in flavors it is hard to describe). Dry, moderately acidic with moderate tannins that lasted in the long finish. A very nice wine but not a bargain.
